You can cancel your membership online by yourself.
Go to > Subscriptions > Cancellation of Premium membership > answer the small survey, click on 'Yes' to register your cancellation at the next possible date.
You will receive an automatic cancellation confirmation with the end date of your Premium membership.
Alternatively you can cancel your membership by sending an email to customerservice@stagepool.com with your contact information and your customer number.
Please note that we can only terminate your Premium membership at the end of the minimum contract period of 6 calendar months. After that, you can cancel on a calendar month basis. Always taking into account a calendar month notice period.
Note: Changes to the contract, such as cancellations, can only be made via the web browser, NOT via the StagePool app.
