Application status

You can track the status of your applications in your account in the top right menu under messages and replies. 

As long as the artistseeker has not yet viewed your application (status: Received), you can delete the application and resend it if you have made a mistake. 

Received

Your application has arrived in the artistseeker account and the artistseeker can now view it in our system. If the artistseeker wishes, he/she will also receive all applications by email. If you change your CV afterwards, the artistseeker will always see all changes in real time.

In progress 

The selection process has started and the artistseeker has already viewed your CV at least 1x. Applications are still being accepted and initial applicants may be contacted. Since all artist seekers work differently, you can never predict exactly how quickly a casting will be completed. Therefore, even after the ad has ended, you should be available by phone, email or StagePool App whenever possible.

Closed 

The application period has expired. The job ad is no longer active and applications are no longer being accepted. Since all artistseekers operate differently, casting may have ended now or may just be starting. Stay available whenever possible! If you are not contacted in the coming weeks, unfortunately it didn't work out this time. Don't forget: The more you apply with a well-filled CV and a meaningful cover letter, the better your chances of getting a job.
